At DD Pools, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled for products and services purchased from us.

1. Services (Pool Construction, Installation & Maintenance)

• All service agreements, including swimming pool construction, installation, renovation, and maintenance, are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• If a customer cancels a service before work begins, a refund may be issued minus any administrative costs, design fees, or materials already ordered.
• No refunds will be provided for completed or partially completed services that meet the agreed specifications outlined in the contract.

2. Products & Equipment

We accept returns for pool-related products such as pumps, filters, accessories, and chemicals under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (customize as needed).
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
• Custom-made or special-order items are non-returnable.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-built pools or custom-designed products
• Opened chemicals or water treatment products
• Used equipment or accessories
• Gift cards or promotional items

4. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify DD Pools within 48 hours of delivery.
• We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue.
• Photographic evidence may be required to process the claim.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
• Shipping, handling, and installation fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.

6. Cancellations

• Orders or services canceled after confirmation may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Materials already purchased or labor already scheduled will be deducted from the refund amount.
